Do you guarantee I will get a job after working with you?

• • I do not guarantee you will have employment at the end of our sessions.  

  • Much of the success you have depends on YOU!  I have been very successful with my clients who do the work I guide them through. 

  •  I do guarantee I will work just as hard as you do in this process and you will have a strong library of resumes, networking directions, and prospects for employment when your sessions are completed (if not employed during our time together)

Can I cancel at any time and get a refund?

• • All payment information will come in the client agreement you will receive when you commit to working with me. 

  • You will receive a payment schedule, forms of payment excepted, and refund /cancellation policies. 

  • I only charge you for the time we spend together, I will spend many hours behind the scene researching jobs, networking, and creating resumes for you, so full refunds are rare. 

What if I don't agree with what you are telling me? 

• I am your coach, it is my job to help you not repeat the same patterns of behavior you have had in the past.  I always have your best interest in mind and want you to succeed in reaching the goals you set. 

• You must be open to coaching, learning, and trying to stretch and grow.  I will always respectfully guide you with kindness. 

• I have studied and practised the skills I will provide you for over a decade; I will happily supply you with reference material supporting my coaching direction. 

• We work as a team. Sometimes, you may disagree with my coaching, but that is okay.  We will work through it, and I will fully explain why I am helping you in that direction, but you never have to comply with my directions.

Will you travel to do a training? 

• • Yes, travel expenses and waiver apply.  Please get in touch with me for additional details and availability.

How much will it cost for you to do a presentation/workshop for my group

• • Each group is individual, and prices will vary.  

  • We will have a meeting to find out what service I can provide for you.

  • I will work up a training plan and price quote for your approval.  

  • I aim always to share information to help better the group I am working with. 

  •  I will work very hard to accommodate the organization's budget.  

  • Please see the Services page in the dropdown boxes for approximate pricing. 

Are you available for speaking events or panels on the topics you specialize in? 

• • Yes, I would love to be a part of your event, travel expenses could apply.

  • Many times, being a guest on a panel is complimentary. (Travel expenses excluded). 

  • Please see the services page drop-down menu for suggested topics I speak on. 

Will you create a special training for my group around our organizational structure and needs? 

• • Yes, the concepts and tools I use can be directed in many different formats, and I can create training that fits the requirements of the opportunities you are working to address. 

  • The training will remain the property of Speaking Up With Wendy Baird Packard.
