It is just as important to know my WHY as it is to know me. 

 My faith is the most important thing to me, and God kept putting me in a situation where I could see the struggles of others and I could see how struggles turned into failures.  

I was so confused by their failures; they seemed so simple to me regarding career development and company culture.

Finally, I realized those are my gifts, which are not easy for others.  I knew I wanted to help people in these areas.  

After a decade working for career development teams, a college degree in communication, and three decades of professional experience, I knew it was time to leap, and Speaking Up with Wendy Baird Packard was created. 

I have proven processes in place and love helping people communicate better in employment development and leadership. 

I love God, my family, bright colors, VW bugs and buses, animals, the beach, smiley faces, Snoopy, antique shopping, random acts of kindness,  road trips with my husband (and son), and my work.

My purpose is to help and share what I study with as many people as possible.  Now, I am on a mission to help others find their purpose!
